てほぼ放射状に複数のスリツトが形成され、これ
らのスリツトと前記軸孔に囲まれて前記対向板に
は弾性接触片が形成され、この弾性接触片は前記
回転体と接触配設され、前記回転体は前記弾性接
触片によつて前記絶縁基板側に偏倚されてなるこ
