Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve space efficiency and increase handling speed in transferring boxes in a safe-deposit box facility in banks and the like by arranging a stacker crane which can be elevated/rotated in the center of radially arranged stacks of boxes with each stack being in vertical single row in a safe compartment. CONSTITUTION:A safe-deposit box C in a coupon booth F is transferred from a transfer table 4 to a conveying table 3. By means of a rotation drive means 5, a stacker crane 2 is rotated to the direction of the stack 1 and then raised/ lowered to the assigned shelf position. The safe-deposit box is stored from the conveying table 3 into the assigned shelf. Taking out the box is performed in the reverse sequence. With the above configuration, facility space can be efficiently utilized, the facility can be made small in size and the box transfer speed can be increased.

年、出庫方法が次第に自動化されつつあるが、貸金庫設
備は、従来より、第5図に示される如く、貸金庫室Aの
壁面Bに接して、貸金庫ケースCの収納棚りが縦横のマ
トリクス状に積層され、こめ収納棚りから貸金庫ケース
Cを取出す搬送手段としては、水平葛よび上下に可動な
スタッカクレーンEなどを使用するのが一般的であった

り、そのうえ、スタッカクレーンの移動は平行移動と昇
降移動との組合せなので、対角線の隅から隅までは非常
に時間がかかり、かつ出庫光のブース数が増えても経路
は1つで融通性はない。本発明は、上記に鑑み、貸金庫
室の空間を合理的に利用できて、取出しゃ返却のスピー
ドも速く、コンパクトで安価に設置可能な貸金庫設備を
提供するものである。

てはクーポンブースFは貸金庫室Aに直接に隣接してい
て、貸金庫室Aの防護壁に出庫窓Gが穿設され、前記搬
送台3と出庫窓Gとの間に、貸金庫ケースを受渡しする
移送台4が配設されている。

を受渡しする。そこで、前記出庫窓Gの防護扉Hが開扉
され、移送台4は貸金庫ケースCをクーポンブースFへ
出庫することになる。返却の場合は、上記と逆の動作に
なる。なお、Iは金庫室扉である。
