ンサー信号から演算した相対湿度変化率に応じて
マグネトロンへの通電率を設定しマグネトロンへ
の通電信号を出力する演算装置と演算装置からの
通電信号を受けてマグネトロンへの通電を制御す
る制御装置とを設けたことを特徴とする高周波加
