ー、１４は演算装置である。なお、各図中同一符
合は同一または相当部分を示すものとする。

相対湿度を検知する湿度センサーと、この湿度セ
ンサー信号から演算した相対湿度変化率に応じて
マグネトロンへの通電率を設定しマグネトロンへ
の通電信号を出力する演算装置と演算装置からの
通電信号を受けてマグネトロンへの通電を制御す
る制御装置とを設けたことを特徴とする高周波加
