- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ソケツト本体に複数個のピンを２列に設けて
なり、該ピンの少なくとも１部が集積回路のリー
ド接続用に使用される集積回路用ソケツトにおい
て 前記ピンの列間で前記ソケツト本体に、接続さ
れる集積回路を加熱するための加熱装置を設けた
ことを特徴とする集積回路用加熱装置付ソケツト
。 ２ 集積回路のリード接続用以外のピンが加熱装
置への電源供給用である実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の集積回路用加熱装置付ソケツト。
