Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は手工具、特にモノキレンチに位置決め作用を設
けたものに関する。
（従来の技術）　　　　・ モンキレンチはボルト、ナツトの大きさニヨって其の都
度、巾を調整しなければならなかった。
％にボルト、ナツトの締めつけ成るいは、緩める場合に
比軟的作業条件の悪い場所では毫ンキレンチを合わせる
のに不便な事が多かった。
又、前もって調整するための位置決め作用がないため殆
んど現物合わせというのが現状である。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） 本発明は以上の欠点を解決し、前もってボルト、ナツト
の巾を調整し作業効率の改善を図る事を目的とする。
モンキレンチの寸法表、あごをいっばいに開いたときの
寸法並びに回すボルト、ナツトの呼び寸法には標準値が
あり、゛例えｔｆ２５０のモンキレンチは最大開きが２
９でありボルト、ナツトの呼び寸法はＭｌ８である・ したがって、メートルネジにおいては２５０のモンキレ
ンチは（Ｍｌ　８　）、Ｍｌ６、（Ｍｌ４）、Ｍｌ２、
ＭＩＯ％Ｍ８、（Ｍ７）、Ｍ６、Ｍ５、Ｍ４、Ｍ３に使
用できる。
しかし、大きいモンキレンチで小さいネジを回すとネジ
が受けるトルクが大きくなるため好′ましくない。
故に、各モンキレンチには回すボルト、ナツトの標準が
あり又、その数は限定されている。
これらの事に鎌み位置決め機能を備えたモンキレンチに
より特に作業条件の悪い場合に便宜な工ＪＬを提供する
ものである。
（問題を解決するための手段） モンキレンチ（２）部分に図示するように位置決め用溝
と鋼球移動溝を設ける。
溝（４）は鋼球（５）の直径よシも小さく鋼球移動溝は
図示するように鋼球が移動出来る形状にする。
モンキレンチと回すボルト、ナツトの呼び寸法には標準
があるため、それぞれのレンチにおいて鋼球溝の数は決
定される。
又、（１）部分にはボルト、スプリング、鋼球を備え適
度な圧力が鋼球＠に働く。
したがって鋼球は其れ其れの溝で位置決め作用を備え、
又（２）部分には移動溝があるため鋼球は左右に移動出
来る。
（作　用） 比較的ボルト、ナツトを回すには不便な場合バネの圧力
により鋼球位それぞれの擲で位置決め作用を備え、又そ
ンキレンチ表面に付したポイントマークにより巾を簡単
に調整できるため本発明のモンキレンチによれば前もっ
て巾を調整出来る。
（実施例） 以下、図面について説明する。
第１図は本発明のモノキレンチ背面図であり第２図は一
部断面図である。
（１）　８分にボルト、スプリング、鋼球を備え（２）
部分く位置決め溝と鋼球移動溝を設ける・スパナの巾を
調整するためのネジ（６）を回すことによシ、スプリン
グの適度な圧力を受けている鋼球は溝（４）によ）位置
決め作用が働く・鋼球の圧力は調整ネジ（８）によシ強
弱可能であ少、又不必要な場合これを敗り除くこともで
きる。
なお、移動溝（７）により鋼球は位置を変えることがで
きる。
第４図は第２図のＡ−Ａ断面図であり、モン平レンチ（
１）部分の肉厚が薄いためスプリングは圧力調整ネジ（
８）Ｋ８麓させである。
又第５図に示した実施例は圧力調整ネジ部分のみ肉盛し
、メネジを長くすることによシ堅固にしたものである。
ｌＥ３図はポイントマークを表ＫＫ付し使用者が容易に
ボルト、ナツトの巾に設定できるようにしたものである
。
以上が本発明の実施例である。
（発明の効果） 本発明は、位置決め作用と位置表示マークにより容易に
ボルト、ナツトの巾に設定でき従来のモンキレンチのよ
うに現物合わせする必要がないため、作業能率の改善が
図れる。
特九作業条件の悪い場所では期待しうるものであり、又
その効果は大きいモンキレンチはど著しい・

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. モンキレンチ（１）部分にボルト、スプリング、鋼球を
    備え、レンチ（２）部分に位置決め用溝と鋼球移動溝を
    設けるとともにレンチ（３）部分に位置表示するための
    マークを付したことを特徴とするモンキレンチ。
