Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1、飾り付けをされる物品を移送する搬送用コンベヤ上
に飾付材料を供給するノズルを有する分配ヘッドを移動
可能に備えた菓子飾付装置において、飾付材料を分配ヘ
ッドから流出するための供給機構と、この分配ヘッドを
コンベヤ上の物品の上方に近接保持し前後左右に往復運
動する移動機構とを備え、前記分配ヘッドから流出する
飾付材料の供給量を調節するニードルを分配ヘッドのノ
ズルに挿脱自在に設けた装飾材料排出装置を配備したこ
とを特徴とするデコレータ。 2、前記分配ヘッドが、前記コンベヤに対して離隔関係
で横断方向に整合した細長いケース体であって、ノズル
を複数設け、各ノズルに挿脱するニードルを単一レバー
に複数備えているものである特許請求の範囲第1項記載
のデコレータ。 3、前記分配ヘッドが、飾付材料を供給するポンプに連
結され温水ジャケットを有しているものである特許請求
の範囲第1項又は第2項記載のデコレータ。 4、前記分配ヘッドが、揺動自在に吊下げられ、搬送コ
ンベヤの横断方向に往復運動するクランクアームに連結
され、飾付材料を下方向に帯状で流出するようにしたも
のである特許請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか一つの項
記載のデコレータ。 5、前記分配ヘッドの移動機構が、コンベヤにより搬出
される菓子に対しコンベヤの移動方向に対して前後左右
方向に分配ヘッドを移動する伝動部材と回転速度とを変
えられる駆動機構とから成る特許請求の範囲第1〜4項
のいずれか一つの項記載のデコレータ。 6、前記分配ヘッドの移動機構が、モータにより駆動さ
れるクランクアームを複数備え、タイミング調節板を介
してリンク機構で分配ヘッドに連結されたものである特
許請求の範囲第5項記載のデコレータ。
[Scope of Claims] 1. In a confectionery decorating apparatus movably equipped with a dispensing head having a nozzle for supplying a decorating material onto a conveyor for transporting an article to be decorated, the dispensing head supplies the decorating material to the conveyor. and a moving mechanism that holds the dispensing head close to above the articles on the conveyor and reciprocates back and forth and left and right, and adjusts the supply amount of the decoration material flowing out from the dispensing head. A decorator characterized by being equipped with a decorative material discharging device in which a needle can be freely inserted into and removed from a nozzle of a dispensing head. 2. The dispensing head is an elongated case body transversely aligned in a spaced relationship with the conveyor, the dispensing head having a plurality of nozzles and a single lever having a plurality of needles for insertion into and removal from each nozzle. A decorator according to claim 1. 3. The decorator according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the dispensing head is connected to a pump for supplying decorating material and has a hot water jacket. 4. The distribution head is swingably suspended and connected to a crank arm that reciprocates in the transverse direction of the conveyor, so that the decoration material flows downward in a band-like manner. Decorator according to any one of ranges 1 to 3. 5. A patent claim in which the dispensing head moving mechanism comprises a transmission member that moves the dispensing head in front, back, left and right directions with respect to the moving direction of the conveyor, and a drive mechanism that can change the rotation speed with respect to the confectionery carried out by the conveyor. A decorator according to any one of the ranges 1 to 4. 6. The decorator according to claim 5, wherein the distributing head moving mechanism includes a plurality of crank arms driven by a motor, and is connected to the dispensing head by a link mechanism via a timing adjustment plate.
