CONSTITUTION:An upper surface of a synthetic resin case 10 integrally molding thereon a magnetic circuit section 9 comprising a magnet 9a, magnetic yoke 9b and a pole piece 9c is concaved so as to fit the magnetic yoke 9b, and at a center thereof, there is provided a fitting pole 10b of the magnet 9a, the magnetic yoke 9b and the pole piece 9c. On the lower surface of the synthetic resin case 10, plural wings 10a are radially disposed. A voice coil 13 attached to an equalizer 11, an oscillating plate 12 and a window section 14a disposed on a terminal plate 14 and an acoustic filter 15 are indicated respectively. The acoustic filter 15 and the terminal plate 14 supported and fixed by the plural wings 10a disposed on the synthetic resin case are attached without spacing.
