り出して通風路の外径側基端13に接つする形と
成し、上記通風路2の外径側基端位置13を、吸
込口又は吐出口の開口縁部16に対向一致する位
置と成し、且つ上記張出し壁縁部の谷部21の形
状を丸みをもたせた形に成したことを特徴とする
