面とした案内シユートにより案内することを特徴
とする半導体素子の案内装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項の記載にお
いて、前記案内シユートは、これを支持する架台
により、半導体素子の搬送方向に傾斜され、かつ
半導体素子を前記素子案内面に付勢する方向に傾
斜されて支持されていることを特徴とする半導体
素子の案内装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項の記載にお
いて、前記案内シユートは、これを支持する架台
により半導体素子の搬送方向に傾斜されて支持さ
れていると共に、前記案内シユートの半導体素子
滑落面が、前記半導体素子を前記素子案内面に付
勢する方向に傾斜して形成されていることを特徴
