図において、１はサプライダクト、２は凝縮器
、３は外気取入口、４，６は蒸発器、５は還気の
排出口、７，８は三方弁、９は圧縮機、１０はア
キユームレータ、１１はサプライ側の送風機、１
２はリターンダクト、１３はリターン側の送風機
、１４は顕熱交換器、１５は相対湿度センサ、１

風機を設け、前記外気取入口付近に外気用の相対
湿度センサを設け、この相対湿度センサからの信
号により前記各部の制御を行う制御装置を具備し
