け板、４ａは周縁部、４ｂは貫通孔、６は上板、
６ｃは凹陥部、７はしや熱板、１６はばね受部、
１７は圧縮ばねである。なお、各図中、同一符号
は同一又は相当部分を示す。

同心に支持する上板と、上記しや熱板を貫通した

しや熱板下面との間に装着された圧縮ばねとを備
