銅管を密封固定した大径部11aと、室内ユニツ
ト側の配管を接続するようにした小径部11bと
からなる継手本体11の大径部11aの上部中央
にスピンドル17を嵌挿した縦ポート部11cを
立設し、大径部11aの内側奥に小径部側の流体
通路に通じる斜面11dを設け、大径部11a中
には中心通孔13aを有すると共に閉じた際に小
径部側の流体通路に通じるようになされたボール
バルブ13を上記斜面11dに接しさせて配設し
、これに開口側に隣接して内端に弾性シール材1
4aを固着すると共に周面にOリング14bを設
けた押しリング14を配設し、大径部11aの開
口端外に銅管12の一部に係止されたリテーナリ
ング15を設け、リテーナリング15と押しリン
グ14との間にコイルばね16を配設し、該コイ
ルばね16のばね力で弾性シール材14aをボー
ルバルブ13の開口側の周面に圧接させ、ボール
バルブ13の上部みぞ13bにスピンドル17の
下端部を係合させ、上記大径部11aの側部中央
には縦ポート部の中心線から所要の角度をおいて
内部にバルブコア24を備え閉さ時のボールバル
ブ13の中心通孔13aに通じるようにしたチヤ
ージポート部23を設けてなる空気調和機用の継
