や蓋体との関係で引続き金属製であることが望まれるた
め、その接続に当って難儀している〇一般的な方法とし
ては合成樹脂製の注入口パイプ本体を中空成形するに当
って金属類の口金をマンドリルなどにて支持して、イン
サート成形することによシ接続することがよいように思
われるが、相互の間の材質が異なることから、インサー
ト成形では部分的に間隙ができて、そこからガス洩れを

プの構造。 (2)キャップはヘッド部の内寄り外面に数条のリング
を突出形成し、側部外表に突出形の補強リブを設けてい
ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の構造。 (8)キャップのヘッド部とゴムリング間にキャップの
螺着を促進するためのパッキング或はワッシャを介挿す
ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項及び第2項記
載の構造。 (4)キャップは側部端より数枚のスカートを突出形成
して、スカート端を注入口パイプ本体に巻着し螺子止め
するバンドにて挾み止めるようにしたことを特徴とする
