Claims (1)
- 互いに平行に配置した２枚の板バネと、前記２
枚バネの下方に、それぞれ板バネに平行に配置し
た固定電極板と可動電極板とを有し、前記２枚の
板バネの一方の端部と、固定電極板の一方の端部
とを非導電性物質で一体に成形して固定ブロツク
を構成し、前記２枚の板バネの他方の端部と可動
電極板の一方の端部とを非導電性物質で一体に成
形して可動ブロツクを構成したことを特徴とする
静電容量式荷重センサー。
