る高電圧印加手段と、を備える一方、前記室内空気排出
通路の前記1対の陰極板と熱交換器との間及び前記室外
空気吸入通路の前記1対の陰極板と熱交換器との間の少
なくとも一方に、開口部と、該開口部及び陰極板間を経
由して室内を循環する空気流量と熱交換器を経由する換
気流量との割合を可変制御すべく通路を開閉する開閉千
段と、を備えると共に、室内空気の002濃度を感知す
るC02センサと、室内空気の粉塵濃度を感知する粉塵
センサと、これら両センサからの信号に基づいて室内空
気の汚染状態を判定し、該判定した汚染レベルと予め入
力されている所定の大気清浄レベルとに基づいて室内の
必要換気量を演算し、該演算値に基づいて室内空気を前
記所定の大気清浄レベルにすべく前記開閉手段による開
口部の開閉量を制御するとともに、かつ前記高電圧印加
手段の印加電力量を制御する制御ユニツl・と、を備え
