に位置するテーブルを機台から垂設した固定支軸
を中心として駆動部により回転制御せしめ、回転
ドラム内の下方位置には原料を回転ドラムの給出
口方向へ誘導する払出羽根を固定支軸に嵌着固定
せしめ、又回転ドラム内の偏心位置には回転駆動
されるスクリユーシヤフトを挿通せしめると共に
該スクリユーシヤフトを固定支軸に支持せしめた
