Claims (1)
- 真空外囲器とレーザ細管とが同軸状に配置され
た内部ミラーレーザ管において、前記レーザ細管
の一部に細管の円周方向に沿つてこぶ状の突起を
設け、レーザ細管を真空外囲器に対して保持する
ための金属製のスペーサ２枚を前記こぶ状の突起
を左右からはさんで互いに接合して設けたことを
特徴とする内部ミラーレーザ管。
