Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は気化器のエヤーベント通路、スタータ
の空気導入路等の空気通路の取出し端部に打込ま
れる気化器の空気通路用L形ジヨイント装置に関
するものである。

極めて簡単にするとともにL形ジヨイントを空気
通路の端部ボスへ極めて容易にしかも確実に取り
付けることのできる気化器の空気通路用L形ジヨ
イント装置を提供することを目的とするものであ
る。

に結合することができ、L形ジヨイント18が気
化器本体10の空気通路ボス15より不用意に抜
け出ることはない。また空気通路ボス15外周面
と嵌合ボス19の嵌入孔21内周面とを回り止め
するためにそれら面にそれぞれ形成されて互いに
係合する前記回り止め溝17と突起23とは、各
一個だけきか設けられないが、特にその回り止め
突起23は嵌入孔21の内端面21aに一体に連
なつて該突起23に対する高い支持剛性が得られ
ることから、該突起23自身を破損、変形させる
ことなく上記回り止め効果を確実に達成すること
ができる。そして空気通路ボス15外周面および
嵌合ボス19の嵌入孔21内周面には、加工の極
めて容易な環状の抜け止め溝16および突起22
と、唯一組の同じく加工の容易な回り止め溝17
および突起23とがそれぞれ設けられるだけであ
るので、それら溝および突起に抜け止め機能と回
り止め機能とを各独立して分担させたにも拘ら
ず、全体としての溝および突起の加工性が良好で
コストの低減に寄与し得る。
