Claims (1)
- 紫外線ランプと反射笠を収納しかつ反射笠の周
囲に空気室を形成するランプハウジングを備え、
ランプハウジングが空気室に開口する通気口を有
する紫外線照射装置において、ガイド板を反射笠
の裏面に沿つてかつこの裏面と若干の間隔を置い
て配置することによりそれらの間に冷却用空気の
流通のためのスリツトを形成し、ガイド板に長手
方向に延びていてかつ空気室に開口する開口部を
設けて、これを反射笠両側のスリツト開口部と連
通させたことを特徴とする紫外線照射装置。
