房給湯装置において、前記受液器側から導出され
る液冷媒を冷媒ポンプで冷媒加熱器に導入すると
ともにこの冷媒加熱器から導出された加熱冷媒を
前記室内側熱交換器側に導く冷媒バイパス路を有
し、かつこのバイパス路中に設けられた冷媒ポン
プを、前記受液器よりも下方の所定の水頭高さを
おいて配設するとともに、その吸込口および吐出
口を、上下方向に位置させたことを特徹とするヒ
