動作を示すタイミングチヤート、第５図は従来の
貯湯式給湯装置の電気的構成部分を示す回路図、
第６図は従来の貯湯式給湯装置の全体の構成例を
示す部分断面図である。
図において、１は貯湯式給湯装置としての電気
温水器、２は貯湯タンク、３は電気発熱体、６は
水源、７は減圧弁、１１は逃がし弁、１２は排水
管、２５は水センサー、３２は排水制御弁、３８
はタイマー装置である。なお、各図中同一符号は
同一または相当部分を示す。

る間およびその動作が停止されてから所定時間が
経過するまでの間だけ上記排水制御弁を開弁させ
て排水管を開かせるタイマー装置と、上記排水制
御弁の手前における滞留水の有無を検出する水セ
ンサーとを備えたことを特徴とする貯湯式給湯装
