子１８との間に断熱カバー２３を嵌装させるとと
もに、端子部１３ａと電気的に接続した課電部よ
り変圧器の接地ケース１ａに設けたブツシング保
護金具２５に至る経路には締付碍子１８と断熱カ
バー２３に挾まれたアーク放電路Ｃ１を形成した
