れる下部周壁３ａを備え、この下部周壁３ａの上
端周縁から連続して内方へ若干張り出し形成され
た中間頂壁３ｂを備え、この中間頂壁３ｂの内周
縁から薄肉切断線３ｃを存して連続形成されたタ
ブ３ｈ付き上部周壁３ｄを備え、この上部周壁３
ｄの上端周縁に薄肉切断線３ｅを存して連続形成
された天板３ｆを備え、この天板３ｆの下面中央
から垂設され、前記中栓２の凹状部内に着脱可能
に密嵌される筒状栓３ｇを備えた合成樹脂製カバ
ー３とから成り、前記中栓２、カバー３とを一体
的に組立てると共に、合成樹脂製ボトル１の壜口
１ａ内に前記中栓２の凹状部を挿入し、かつ中栓
２の鍔２ａを前記ボトル１の壜口鍔部１ｂに載置
して、壜口鍔部１ｂ、中栓２の鍔２ａ、カバー３
の中間頂壁３ｂの三者の全外周を加熱により一体
的に溶着するようにした合成樹脂製点滴用輪液ボ
