In various circular knitting machines, when the produced knitted fabric or woven fabric is wound onto a winding shaft, the amount of winding on one winding shaft is limited to a certain amount, and this is a predetermined amount. When the fabric is fully wound, it is carried out of the machine together with the winding shaft, and at the same time, a new winding shaft is supplied to a predetermined winding position, and the fabric that continues to be produced is wound again onto the new winding shaft. things are being done. At this time, when supplying a new winding shaft to one of these winding shafts, automation is of course required, and when supplying the winding shaft to a predetermined position, it is necessary to keep the winding shaft in a free state. It is common practice to feed the take-up shaft to a predetermined supply position by means of a dropping means for ease of operation and simplification of the structure. Naturally, vibrations and shocks are generated, and these vibrations and shocks often have a harmful effect on the winding shaft supply mechanism and various parts of the drive mechanism, such as damage to the gear system, misalignment of the meshing position, and contact with electrical contacts and other parts. There is a need for safe and quiet feeding of the winding shaft without complicating the feeding operation, which may cause frequent troubles such as disassociation of members.

The present invention was developed in response to these demands, and its features include a winding shaft with a gear at one end, a storage section at the upper end, and a winding mechanism at the lower end. Transfer within the guide and drop
A part of the circumferential surface of one winding shaft is supported at the lower end of the housing of the guide when supporting the winding shaft by dropping onto a winding shaft holding bearing on the winding mechanism side and meshing the gear with the gear on the bearing side. A sending member having an arcuate recessed portion is provided to be able to swing at a fixed angle, and the other end of a link rod that is connected to the sending member at one end and can move forward and backward together is swingably supported at the lower end of the guide and the lower end thereof. The winding shaft is connected to the upper end of the temporary holding support piece of the winding shaft, which is provided with a winding shaft end support hook portion extending directly above the winding shaft holding bearing.

As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the feeding members 26, 26 are provided with a mechanism for temporarily holding the new winding shaft A1 at the lower ends of the guides 21, 21 when feeding the new winding shaft A1 to the winding mechanism 11. Support pieces 73, 73 are rotatably connected and supported to prevent vibration and impact when falling onto the bearings 36, 36 in the winding mechanism 11. That is, link rods 74, 74 that advance and retreat using the reciprocating rotation of the arrows of the rods 27 of the feed members 26, 26 are arranged on one side of the feed members 26, 26, and the tips of the link rods 74, 74 are , a support shaft 75 protruding from both supports 16a, 16a of the device frame 16,

6, and the support piece 7 as shown in the figure.
3 and 73 are provided above the bearings 36 and 36 and inside the support columns 16a and 16a and the guides 21 and 21, so that the feeding members 26 and 26 can be used as new winding shafts in FIG. When sending out A1, the supporting pieces 73, 73 are moved to the pivot 7 via the link rods 74, 74 along with the rotation of the members 26, 26.
5, 75 as fulcrums, the new winding shaft A1 advances as shown in the solid line in FIG.
26 returns, the support pieces 73, 73 also return together, and as the hook parts 76, 76 retreat, the new winding shaft A1 moves into the recesses 36a, 36 of the bearings 36, 36 directly below.
This reliably prevents the object from being placed on the object a by a short distance and falling inside the guides 21, 21, causing large vibrations and shocks.

A screw member 55 fixed to each end of the upper blade 56 is screwed to the screw shafts 51, 51, and the horizontal rod 16
As shown in FIG. 7, the upper blade 56 approaches the lower blade 57 and clips and cuts the fabric B between them. The upper blade 56 moves in a direction perpendicular to the width direction of the fabric B, and is inclined with respect to the lower blade 57 so as to sequentially cut the fabric B from one side to the other side in the width direction. If formed,
Cutting is reliable and easy.

When the take-out member 68 is rotated to the position shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 7, the roller 71 comes into contact with the full take-up shaft A2, pushes it up, and removes it from the recess 36a of the bearing 36. As a result, the full winding shaft A2 falls from the recess 36a through the notch 37 (shown in FIG. 5) onto the inclined table 61. When this fall occurs, the full winding shaft A2 is guided by the guide section 62 and is securely placed on the inclined table 61.
It rolls on the top and is stopped at the stopper.

According to the winding shaft supply device of the present invention, the guide 2
1 and 21 as a stock storage section for a large number of new winding shafts A1,
By configuring the feed members 26 and 26 to send out and fall one piece at a time, a predetermined amount of fabric is fully wound onto the take-up shaft, and in synchronization with this unloading, a new take-up shaft A1 can be accurately and easily set. At the same time, the winding shaft accelerates and falls directly onto the bearings 36, 36 after passing through a considerable falling stroke of the guides 21, 21,
Due to the large vibration and impact, the bearings 36, 36
The support piece 73, which includes the feed member 26, the link rod 74, and the hook portion 76, prevents damage to the gears and other rotational meshing members for driving the winding shaft, or misalignment of the surrounding gears. bearings 36, 36 safely and quietly.
At the same time, the bearings 36, 36
There is no problem of the winding shaft jumping or popping out inside the knitting machine, and there is no risk of adverse effects on the knitting machine or the fabric side, and there is no risk of damaging the integrity of each part of the mechanism or the durability of the winding shaft itself. Therefore, it is an excellent means for supplying this type of winding shaft. In particular, in the present invention, the supporting piece 73 is moved forward by the forward movement of the link rod 74 together with the feeding rotation of the feeding member 26 which is swingable at a fixed angle and is provided with the arc-shaped recess 26a that supports only one of the winding shafts A1. Hook part 7
6 is crossed across directly above the bearing to close it, and the end of the winding shaft that falls is once supported here, and by the returning rotation of the feed member 26, the hook part 76 is pulled out and retreated, and the winding shaft is The ends are smoothly moved onto the lower bearings with no gaps, thereby eliminating meshing of the gears 23, 39 under impact, preventing gear breakage and rebound, and furthermore, these members 26, 7
4 and 73 are integrally mechanically connected so that their respective movements can be performed reliably and stably, there is no need for complicated separate control, and the necessary structure is simplified, which is a great advantage.
