Claims (1)
- 入口と出口との間に形成した断面環状の通路と
、該通路の対向する通路壁の一方の通路壁に設け
た環状の凹所と、該凹所に嵌着され弾性変形可能
なリツプ状部を当該凹所の前記出口側の通路に対
向させつつ他方の通路壁に弾接させる環状の弁体
とを備え、前記リツプ状部の差圧による変形によ
り前記入口側から前記出口側へ向う流体移動のみ
を許容する弁装置において、前記流体移動が生じ
たとき、当該リツプ状部が当接可能な制限部を、
前記リツプ状部と対向する前記出口側の通路内に
突出形成してなる弁装置。
