水平内方突出縁部８を有する熱可塑性合成樹脂製
環状連結枠９と、頂壁７の外周縁部下面と水平内
方突出縁部８の上面を接着している熱可塑性熱接
着剤層１０とを備えており、頂壁７の外周縁部に
摘み１２が上方突出状に一体に設けられ、摘み１
２の引張りによつて熱可塑性熱接着剤層１０が引
