温度に達するまで該高温冷媒ガスの循環を継続し、次い
で、冷媒ガスバイパス回路を遮断するとともに、凝縮器
および膨張弁を再び冷媒ガス回路に接続することkより
て冷凍サイクルを再開することを特徴とする殺菌方法が
