図は第３図に示される例に用いられる整形工具の
形状及び動作説明に供される側面図、第５図は従
来の電極チツプの整形方法の説明に供される図で
ある。
図中、２０はロータリーアクチユエータ、２２
は揺動中心軸、２４は回転テーブル、３２はエア
ーモータ、５２は整形工具、５４は環状溝部、５
８及び６４はギア、６２は可動円筒部材、６６は
軸受部材、６８は回転軸、７０及び７６はピニオ
ンギア、７２はモータである。
