By the way, when a closed-cell resin sheet is used as the resin sheet, the bubbles in the foam sheet are likely to be deformed and destroyed due to thermocompression bonding with rolls, and when the foam sheet 1- is then heated and molded, the foam sheet becomes thin. There was a problem with it.

This invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and when passing the closed-cell resin foam sheets 1 to 1 and the surface material between rolls and laminating them, the closed-cell resin foam sheets are heated. Instead, the surface material is heated and guided between heating rolls, and the closed-cell resin foam sheet is rapidly heated by the heating roll to induce foaming force and laminated under pressure, and this laminated sheet is rolled after 3 m. This is a method for producing a laminated sheet, which is characterized by cooling in a cool room.

この発明方法を図面を参照して更に説明する。The method of this invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.

1 is a closed-cell resin foam sheet 1, for example, a polyethylene foam sheet (hereinafter simply referred to as a foam sheet); As the surface abrasion 2, a synthetic resin sheet such as polypropylene 1~ or other material is used. As the surface material 2, it is preferable to use, for example, a thermoplastic resin impregnated with a mixed fiber of glass fiber and organic fiber for applications requiring heat resistance and mechanical strength.

The foam sheet 1 and the surface +A2.2 are sent between the heating rolls 4.4, and are pressed and fused together, but the foam sheet 1 is not particularly heated before being sent between the heating rolls 4.4. However, the facing material 2.2 is heated by a %-tar 3.3 and sent between heating rolls 4.4.
