Abstract

PURPOSE:To install bearings easily by means of simple fitting process, by fitting an inner race and/or outer race on a rotary member or supporting member in such a way as slidable in the axial direction and fixed in the rotational direction. CONSTITUTION:The inner race 31 of a ball bearing 30 is provided at its inside surface with two or more spline grooves 32 stretching in the direction perpendicular to the rotating direction. The bearing boss 22 is also provided at its outside surface with spline grooves 23 so as to mate with the above-mentioned ones. The outer race 36 of this ball bearing 30 is first fitted in the bore of the rotor end 12, and the inner race 31 is spline-fitted on said bearing boss 22. In this fitted state, the grooves 23 in the boss 22 shall extend good longer than the bearing seen in the axial direction. This spline fitting should also ensure easiness of adjusting work at the time of assembly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to an improvement in the mounting structure of a ball bearing. (Prior Art) A ball bearing consisting of a ball interposed between an inner race and an outer race is press-fitted into a bearing part of a machine, or both races are fixed to each other by a holding member. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, press-fitting both the inner and outer races together is difficult to assemble. Using ball bearings to fix both races in machines that do this poses problems in terms of thermal expansion. In other words, if both races are fixed, the axial thermal expansion of rotating parts, support members, etc. due to the heat generated during machine operation may cause an axial load to be applied to the ball bearing, causing the bearing to seize. , it is necessary to provide relief against thermal expansion in the axial direction. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a ball bearing mounting structure that can be easily assembled by simple fitting without press-fitting at least one race, and also provides relief from thermal expansion. (Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the present invention provides a system in which at least one of the inner race (31) and the outer race (3B) of the ball bearing (30) is slidable in the axial direction and fixed in the rotation direction. The support member (22) or the rotating member (12) is fitted into the support member (22) or the rotating member (12) by a concave-convex fitting such as spline grooves (32) and (37). (Embodiments) Below, preferred embodiments of the invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, a vane pump employing the ball bearing of the present invention will be schematically explained based on FIGS. 5 and 6. A vane shaft (4) is fixed in the housing (2) of the vane pump (1), and a drive shaft (7) is mounted on an eccentric shaft (5) at the end of the shaft (4) via a needle bearing (6). When fitted, a ball bearing (9) is interposed between the drive shaft (7) and the housing (2), and the drive shaft is attached to the fixed part of the vane shaft (4) of the end cover (21) of the housing (2). (
A bearing boss (22) coaxial with 7) is integrally formed. A hollow rotor (1o) is provided inside the housing (2), and the rotor (1O) is connected to the drive shaft (7) by a flange coupling (8), and the other end of the rotor (1o) has a flange end. (12) is pol) (13)・
..., and a ball bearing (30) is interposed between this end (12) and the bearing post (22) as described later. Also, a sulin provided on the rotor (]0) (11)...
・A vane (14) protrudes from the vane (14).

A needle bearing (16) is interposed between the vane shaft (4) and the vane shaft (4). In the figure, (17) is the sealing device, (18) is the intake port, (
19) is an exhaust port, and the rotor (10) rotates in the direction of arrow (A) in Fig. 6 with the rotation of the drive shaft (7) driven by the engine, and the rotation of the vanes (14) causes the intake air to flow out. is compressed and discharged. In the above, in the first embodiment, the rotor end (12
) and the ball bearing (22) interposed between the bearing post (22)
30) on the inner periphery of the inner lace (32) as shown in Figure 1 (a).
And as shown in (b), a plurality of spline grooves (32) perpendicular to the rotation direction are formed. On the other hand, there is also a spline groove (23) on the outer periphery of the bearing post (22) that fits there.
... to form. Outer race (3) of such ball bearing (30)
6) is first press-fitted into the inner periphery of the rotor end (I2), and the inner race (31) is spline-fitted ('32), (23), etc. onto the bearing post (22). In this tensioned state, the grooves (23) of the boss (22) are sufficiently longer in the axial direction than the bearing (30). In this way, the inner race (31
) can be easily fixed on the bearing post (22) in the rotational direction. Also, because of spline fitting, alignment during assembly is easy. Also, since the pump (1) slides in the axial direction due to thermal expansion during operation, the thermal expansion can escape and seizing of the bearing (30) can be prevented. As described above, connect the inner race (31) of the ball bearing (30) on the rotor end (12) side to the bearing post (2).
2) A spline fit is preferred. In addition, since such thermal expansion can escape, even if a grease-filled ball bearing is used, grease leakage can be prevented and the life of the ball bearing can be extended. In the above embodiment, the inner race (31) has a groove (32).
)... However, if a similar spline groove (37)... is formed on the outer periphery of the 7 outer race (36) as in the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 2(a) and (b), , facilitates assembly of the outer race (36), and allows thermal expansion to escape. Next, Examples 1 to 5 will be described based on FIGS. 3(a), 3(b), and 3(C). First, in the third embodiment, as shown in (a), the inner lace (
31) is formed thick, and spline grooves (33) are formed on the inner periphery with a small diameter. In the fourth embodiment, as shown in (b), the inner lace (31)
A flat surface with a total of 6 sides (34
)... is formed into a regular hexagonal cross section. In the fifth embodiment, the inner lace (31) as shown in (C)
Two flat sides parallel to the inner circumference (35) , (:]5
) with a substantially oval cross section. FIG. 4(a) shows the sixth to eighth embodiments in which additional members are provided.
, (b) and (C). First, in the sixth embodiment, as shown in (a), a separate ring (41) having a spline groove (42) formed on the inner circumference is provided by being fixed in advance to the inner circumference of the inner race (31). In the seventh embodiment, as shown in (b), a ring (43) formed into a square cross section consisting of a total of four flat surfaces (44) with two opposing sides parallel to each other is used as an inner lace (31). )
It is fixed in advance on the inner periphery. In the eighth embodiment, as shown in FIG.
The square shaped ring (45) is attached to the outer lace (36).
) It is fixed in advance on the outer periphery. As described above, the cross-sectional shape of the concave-convex fitting is arbitrary. It goes without saying that both the inner and outer races can be fitted in a convex-concave manner, and ball bearings are also effective when applied not only to the rotor end shaft support of vane pumps, but also to the bearings of other machines. . (Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the ball bearing mounting structure of the present invention, at least one of the inner race or the outer race is slidable in the axial direction and fixed in the rotational direction, for example, by a concave-convex fitting such as a spline groove. Since the race is fitted to the supporting member or rotating member at the same time, at least one race can be easily assembled by simple fitting, which not only improves the ease of assembly but also provides a simple structure for escape from thermal expansion. It is also highly practical as it can prevent grease leakage and extend the life of grease-filled ball bearings.
