Claims

A support frame having an opening made of a magnetic material, a fixed iron core provided at the center of the bottom of the support frame, and a non-magnetic pipe whose lower end is fitted into the fixed iron core. The upper end of the non-magnetic pipe is supported by an electromagnetic coil inserted into the non-magnetic pipe and arranged in the support frame, and an opening in the center that is bridged over the open end of the support frame. A movable iron core that is made of a magnetic plate and is slidable inside the non-magnetic pipe opposite to the fixed iron core; a buffer means disposed such that a part thereof protrudes beyond the suction end surface by a predetermined length, and an airtight means provided at the inner bottom part of the non-magnetic pipe, and the support frame is swingable to the other side of the open end of the support frame. An electromagnetic actuator characterized in that a pivotably supported actuator is provided, and the movable iron core is supported on the actuator so as to be movable up and down.
