５内を種々の混合気で満たして実験動物に吸入さ
せる吸入実験装置において、上記チヤンバ５に連
通する排気側にはサイクロン集塵機６が設けられ
、このサイクロン集塵機６の排気側には、ミスト
コレクタ７とバツグフイルタ８が切換弁９を介し
て択一的に連通されて設けられていることを特徴
