り行なわねばならないものであつた。

にて上下動せしめられるようになつている。上記
スナツプ14の下降終了位置は第5図に示すよう
に内側にネジが切られている円筒状のストツパー
17をめユニツト11の側面に取付けられてい
るシリンダー18で回転駆動してユニツト11の
軸方向に移動させることにより調整し、その下降
時間は図示しないタイマーにて調整するようにな
つている。上記XYテーブル13と、8個の保持
部材19を固定している回転盤20は本体ベース
21に取付けられており、このベース21の内部
には回転盤20を間欠回転させるモーター(図示
せず)や上記数値制御装置12等が内蔵されてい
る。上記XYテーブル13は2個のパルスモータ
ー22にて、数値制御装置12の指示により前後
左右(第2図の矢印方向)に動かされるようにな
つている。

リンダー16の駆動により元の位置に上昇し、ユ
ニツト11が次にめるべきめピンの位置まで
移動される。このサイクルを繰返して1つの板体
に多数のめピンをめる。1つの板体に対する
め作業が全て終ると回転盤20が再度1/8回転
して次の板体をユニツト11の下方に持ち来た
す。このサイクルを繰返して複数の板体に対する
め作業が進行する。
