Claims (1)
- シリンダ内のピストンで区画された圧力室に高
圧空気を給排してピストンを駆動する流体圧シリ
ンダにおいて、ピストンロツドに固定したピスト
ンと、それと必要な制動距離をおいて取付けたス
トツパとの間の上記ピストンロツド上に、ブレー
キシユーを摺動自在に遊嵌すると共に、該ブレー
キシユーとピストンとの間に、ブレーキシユーを
上記ストツパに当接させるブレーキスプリングを
設け、シリンダカバーの偏心位置に上記ブレーキ
シユーが当接するピボツトを固定し、上記ブレー
キシユーはピストンの駆動で上記ピボツトに当接
したときにピストンロツドの軸線方向に対して傾
斜可能にしたことを特徴とするブレーキ付き流体
圧シリンダ。
