手段と、前記環状溝から前記プランジヤの後端に
向けて延びるように形成された少なくとも1つの
吸入スリツトと、前記環状溝と前記吸入スリツト
とを覆うように前記プランジヤに油密状態で且つ
滑動自在に嵌め合されるスリーブ部材と、該スリ
ーブ部材が前記プランジヤの軸線方向にのみ運動
可能となるように該スリーブ部材を案内する案内

くとも一部の期間前記環状溝又は前記吸入スリツ
