- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 平面状または曲面状に配設された複数のトラン
スデユーサ１を備えた超音波プローブであつて、 前記トランスデユーサ１のそれぞれの電極２か
らのリード配線は該トランスデユーサ１の一方の
電極２側に所定の段差を設けるよう固着された異
方性導電シート３と、 該段差の箇所に積層されたパターン配線５を有
する絶縁板４とにより形成されたことを特徴とす
る超音波プローブ。
