にベローズポンプ９を上方へ付勢するスプリング

蓋底板６との間に蒸気排出用間隙７を形成させ、
該蒸気排出用間隙７を包囲するように上部開口１
９を前記送気口形成部９ａに遊嵌してなる蒸気収
集リング１８を蓋底板６に装着し、該蒸気収集リ
ング１８に当接して該蒸気収集リング１８とベロ
ーズポンプ９の送気口形成部９ａとの間をシール
するベローズパツキン１５をベローズポンプ９の
送気口形成部９ａに装着する一方、前記押体２の
内部に蒸気止め部材３を配設すると共に、押体２
を上方へ付勢するスプリング５を配設し、前記蒸
気止め部材３の下端にベローズポンプ９の上板１
