【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は時計の薄型化およびコイルブロツク製
造の簡易化に関するものである。

部、回路部、輪列部等により決つていた。しかし
最近のEL部品及び輪列等の小型、薄型化はめざ
ましく、特に電池及び水晶の薄型化、小型化が可
能となり現在ではコイルの小型、薄型化だけが遅
れており、結果として時計を薄くできないと言う
問題になつていた。言いかえれば、コイルの大き
さにより時計の厚みが決定されていた。一方、最
近は電池の長寿命化(例えば5年寿命)が一般的
となり、この為転換機での消費電流も微小電流化
が要求され、したがつてステータでの磁気特性を
上げる為、磁心の断面積を大きくし、この為、コ
イルブロツク自体が厚くなつてしまう結果とな
り、薄型化をはかる上でますます問題となつてい
る。又、コイルブロツク製造に際しても、コイル
とICとの電気的接続を行なうためのリード基板
を磁心に取り付ける作業において、接着剤等を介
して取り付けたりしていた。しかし、接着剤工程
は接着剤の管理、流れ出し、強度保証等の点で非
常に難かしく、工程に時間を要するものであつ
た。

本考案は上記問題を解決して時計の薄型化をめ
ざしたコイルブロツクを製造し、併せてコイルブ
ロツク製造の簡易化を目的としたものである。

も、つぶし部とステータとが接合している状態の
断面図を、又、第2図Bは磁心に設けたピンに電
池プラスリード板を案内させている状態を示す断
面図である。図面において1は回路ブロツクであ
り、水晶ユニツト8、IC9、トリマーコンデン
サ10等を回路パターン(図示せず)に対し半田
付等の手段で固定支持している。3は磁心で中央
にコイルの巻線部3cを有し、コイル巻線後全体
としてコイルブロツク4を形成する。又、前記磁
心のコイル巻線部3c以外、言わゆる磁心の両端
部裏面には機械的圧力によるつぶし部3bを形成
し、これに対向した表面には複数のガイドピン3
aを形成している。6はステーター、7はロー
タ、8は水晶ユニツト、9はIC、10はトリマ
ーコンデンサ、11は電池、12は回路ブロツク
固定ネジである。又、第2図Aにおいて、2はコ
イルリード基板、第2図Bにおいて、5は電池プ
ラスリード板である。

メントの厚みを薄くできると共に、磁心の他方の
面にピンを形成する事で、このピンを利用してコ
イルリード基板及び電池プラスリード板等を支持
できるようにしたので、従来用いられていた接着
剤が不要となり、接着剤を用いた場合の不具合も
解消される等、種々の効果を有するものである。
