産業上の利用分野
本発明は、釦操作において押す事によシ目的が達成され

釦本体1においてスイッチ6の操作軸4を有する操作面
2、回転支点となる薄肉にて形成されるヒンジ部3が平

時における過大な力よりヒンジ部を保護する為に一定以
上操作面が回転しないように規制用凸部を設けた事を特

作 用

なく問題の解決が図れるものである。また、本発明にお
いては、取付具に操作面の規制用凸部を設けている為操
作面にかかる過大な力よりヒンジ部を保護することがで

の組立は、取付具13の凹部16内に設けられた規制用
凸部13aとリブ13bの間に押釦本体7の取付部1o
を挿入する事により、その取付部10の先端の爪部11
を凹部15の底 ・面に設けた孔を通して凹部16裏面
の突片15aに引っ掛けることにより、脱着可能な組立
ができる。また、この時、規制用凸部13a1リブ13
bのピッチを取付部10の肉厚と同寸法に設定すること
により、押釦本体7のガタッキを防ぐ事ができる0
以上のように構成された押釦装置について以下その動作

である為に過大な力により変形し破断されることが考え
られる。その為に本例では操作面の裏面をうける規制用
凸部13a、受部13cを設け、第3図の如く操作面の
一定以上の回転を受ける事によりヒンジ部9の保護をは

て構成する事が可能となシ、また、製品表側からの組立
てが可能となる為に取付具としてのキャビネット本体の
間合部が不要となり、キャビネット本体の強度を損う事
がないなど、組立上のスペースの制約、取付具の強度の
問題解決が図れる。また過大な力より製品寿命を左右す
るヒンジ部の保護が簡単に実現することができるなど、

部の裏面の一部に設けた取付部を有すると共に前記操作
面部と前記取付部の間に薄肉部を設けた押釦本体を備え
てなり、上記押釦本体の取付部を取付具に保持し、前記
操作面部の裏面もしくは取付具に操作面部の裏面方向の
動きを規制する規制用凸部を形成したことを特徴とする
