置を個別に検出する一対の光学的位置検出器と、
該光学的位置検出器からの出力信号が夫々供給さ
れ両者が一致したときに前記搬送物体の搬送を停
止させる駆動制御装置とを備え、前記一対の光学
的位置検出器の外側端部間の長さが搬送物体の搬
送方向長さ以上に選定されていることを特徴とす
