の少なくとも一枚に係合して、その首振り運動の両端を
規制する保合部を有する、羽根の回動作用にて受ける力
よりも大なる力で所定の静止部材に保持された移動可能
な揺動中心変更手段を設け、該揺動中心変更手段の所定
位置への移動によって、その保合部による前記羽根に対
する係合位置を変化せしめて、該係合部にて規制される
運動端を変え、前記首振り運動範囲を移動せしめるよう
