Claims (1)
- 食品を収納して加熱する加熱室と、この加熱室
に熱エネルギーを与えるヒータと、加熱室に食品
を出し入れするための扉と、この扉の上方に位置
する操作パネルとを備えたものにおいて、操作パ
ネル１３縁部に冷却風排気口１６，１７を、又操
作パネル１３周辺に温度センサー１５を各設けて
それらを冷却フアン７、その制御装置１２に各接
続し、操作パネル１３の温度が設定温度以上のと
きには冷却フアン７を回転させるようにしたこと
を特徴とする食品加熱装置。
