Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve remarkably an effect for spectacles, especially sun glasses by bonding a material whose brightness is changed by electrical conducting action to the side or opposite side of an eye-ball of lenses for spectacles. CONSTITUTION:The material 1 whose brightness is changed due to the conducting action is adhered tc the lens of spectacles by an adhesive. When the spectacles for using the special lens are put on, a solar battery whose conducting action is generated by light is incorporated in spectacles under a bright circumstance, whereby the brightness of the lens becomes darker by conducting a battery generated by the solar battery. On the other hand, the conducting action is attenuated under a dark circumstance to brighten the lens, because the capacity of the solar battery does not display.

The human eyeball has the ability to automatically enlarge or reduce the size of the pupil depending on the level of brightness around it.
The effect of making things easier to see is achieved physiologically. However, when the change in brightness is large, it has a large effect on the optic nerve, causing a blindness phenomenon in which blinking objects become invisible. For example, many people have experienced momentary loss of visibility when entering a dark movie theater during the bright daytime, or entering a tunnel while driving.

According to the present invention, the brightness of the lens is changed by energizing the eyeglass lens. If you are in the above-mentioned situation and are wearing glasses using the special lenses of the present invention, if you are in a bright environment, by incorporating solar cells into the glasses that generate electricity due to light, By applying the current generated by this solar cell to the special lens of the present invention, the brightness of the lens becomes dim, and the ability of the solar cell is not exerted in a dark environment. The brightness of the lens decreases and the brightness of the lens becomes brighter.

Since the present invention is a special lens that exhibits the above-mentioned effects, it is extremely effective as glasses, especially sunglasses, and is certain to become an indispensable item for modern drivers who have motorized eyes. When eye correction is required, such as vision, astigmatism, etc., the special lens of the present invention can be processed to provide the same effect as a prescription eyeglass lens. Goods are promised.
