れているが、この製造方法は押出し成形機の押出

て種々な断面形状の製品が製造できるという利点
を有する。

本考案は、上記方法によつて製造された押出し
成形板の少くとも片面にタイル片を貼着した建築
用化粧パネルの構成に係るもので、特に押出し成
形板の表面凹部溝の形状組合せによつてタイル片
を貼着するための強固な支持基板とし、該表面に
多数のタイル片を貼着固定することを目的として
提案されたもので、石綿セメント材料等を押出し
成形してなる押出し成形板の片面に、その押出し
成形板の長手方向に沿つて所定間隔毎に互に平行
な複数条の所定形状の凹部を配設して、それら凹
部がアリ溝と櫛目溝との組合せにより連続して表
面形状を形成するとともに該表面凹部溝がタイル
貼着用の貼着剤のモルタル又は合成樹脂等の接着
剤によつてタイル片を強固に支持するように構成
してなる建築用化粧パネルである。

部溝2のアリ溝2aと櫛目溝2bとの組合せによ
る構成によつて、貼着剤を塗布した場合タイル片
3の附着面の確保とともに、アリ溝2aの台形状
の広がりによつて押出し成形板1の基板との強固
な支持体としての効果と、櫛目溝2bにつて貼着
面全体の均衝した貼着効果との相乗効果を意図す
るものである。その効果は、例えばタイル片3の
基板の接着層が収縮膨張に基因する影響を受けた
場合にも上記の如き表面凹部溝2の構成によつて
接着層の間層剥離等の現象を防止する効果を有す
るのでタイル片3の脱落の心配がない。
