設けられ前記開閉弁よりも通路面積の小さな空気抜き通
路と、空気抜き通路に機関冷却水の常温で閉弁する空気
抜き装置とを備えバ機関冷却水用サーモスタットにおい
て、前記空気抜き装置は前記空気抜き通路を備える壁部
にバイメタルの端部を固定支持し、該バイメタルに機関
冷却水の温度が所定温度に達した蒔前記空気抜き通路を
開く弁体を支持したことを特徴とする機関冷却水用サー
