Claims (1)
- 周面に凹溝を有する取付部に嵌装して高電圧機
器の一部を覆う薄板からなる筒状の電界緩和用の
シールドに、円板状または円環状の形状記憶合金
からなり、周面に前記シールドを介して前記凹溝
に対向するように突起部が形成されたかしめ治具
を使用し、前記突起部の温度変化に伴なう形状回
復力により、前記シールドに前記凹溝に係合した
塑性変形部を形成してなるシールド装置。
