Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、ロツクボルト工法において、削口
した孔内の一定長さで定着剤を止めたり、削口し
た孔径の中心近くにボルトを位置させ、定着剤を
固結させることが可能なロツクボルトに関するも

即ち、第1図に示す如く削口孔と同一直径を有
する弾性板1と、弾性板1の直径よりやゝ小さな
直径よりなる硬直性を有する補助板2とを組み合
わせて、定着剤流出防止用の円板3を形成し、こ
の円板3をロツクボルト4に円板3とロツクボル
ト4の軸心を一致させて着脱可能或は固定して取

この考案のロツクボルトはかゝる構成であるの
で、削口孔の内周面に多少の凹凸があつても弾性
板1を軟質のゴム等で形成しておけば、ロツクボ
ルト4を回転しながら孔の奥に向かつて進入さ
せ、例えば定着剤入りのカプセルを破砕させる際
に、ロツクボルト4の進入を妨たげることなく、
ロツクボルト4の進入を止めた位置にて、弾性板
1の外周が孔壁内面を塞ぎ、定着剤の流出を防止
することが出来る。又、弾性板1が定着剤の流出
によつて変形しようとしても弾性板1には例えば
鉄板等よりなる硬直性を有する補助板2を組み合
わせて取りつけてあるので変形することがない。
又、補助板2は弾性板1の直径よりやゝ小さ目の
直径としてあるのでロツクボルト4の進入の際に
補助板2が孔壁面につかえて障害となることもな
い。更に補助板2は硬直性を有し、ロツクボルト
の軸心と一致して取りつけてあるので、ロツクボ
ルトを補助板2にて削口孔径の中心近くに位置出
来、その周囲を均等に定着剤にて固結させること
が可能となり、施工安定性の良好なロツクボルト

補助板との組み合わせよりなる定着剤流出防止用
の円板を、ロツクボルトの軸方向に対して直角方
向に円板の軸心とロツクボルトの軸心を一致させ
