Claims (1)
- 外部導体と内部導体のうち少なくとも外部導体
を複数の電導細線の編組体とした同軸状低インダ
クタンスケーブルにおいて、端末の内部導体及び
外部導体を夫々独立して露呈させ、且つ該編組体
を電導細線の束にすると共に、両導体を夫々導電
材料をもつて板状に一体化して導板とし、さらに
両導板の間に絶縁スペーサを介在させたことを特
徴とする同軸状低インダクタンスケーブルの端末
構造。
