筒内に、先端を閉じ、基端側を開放した回転気化
体を設け、該回転気化体の内側には先端側に送気
窓を開口し、しかも基端側を開放し、かつ内部を
調圧室に形成した内筒体を一体に装着して、内筒
体の外周面と回転気化体の内周面との間に混合ガ
ス通路を形成せしめたものにおいて、前記内筒体
の基端開放側には通風路より吸気して直接調圧室
内へ送気せしめる圧送フアンを一体に装着したこ
