A heat resisting masking plate 3 is arranged on the surface 1A, so that each opening hole 4 thereof is allowed to coincide with each recess 2. The covering material 6 composed of plural thermal spraying materials is melted and thermal sprayed toward the plate 3 from nozzle of a spray gun 5. Thermal spraying material is stored in the recesses 2 of the plate 1 through the holes 4 of the plate 3. If thermal sprayed material in the recess 2 is solidified leaving the material 6, complex pattern is formed due to covered material different from the plate 1 in quality feeling.
